Servicing Tooling Platform
The Servicing Tooling Platform team, part of the Mitigation squad, helps Wise scale operations consistently by delivering reliable data and ready-to-use back-office tools for agents and support teams. As a software engineer here, you’ll build a reusable, scalable platform designed to streamline operational workflows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform functionality, contributing to the company’s success.
Our Core Goals

Standardize and support operational servicing through common frameworks, ready-to-use tools, accurate data, and back-office systems.

Deliver rapid technical solutions for product teams creating manual work tools, accommodating diverse operational needs.

Provide platform-level support for core and custom service challenges, along with clear guides for implementation, troubleshooting, and analysis.

Maintain service stability without hindering operational efficiency, ensuring security and scalability while phasing out outdated back-office tools.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues.

7+ years experience with Java, Spring, asynchronous messaging, and microservices architecture.
