About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to lead technical design and development efforts. This role involves building scalable software solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to design end-to-end solutions
Lead and contribute to development activities for scalable applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Collaborate with architects and participate in peer code reviews
Communicate technical progress and risks to stakeholders
Support QA, UAT, and production deployments
Develop unit tests to ensure proper test coverage
Continuously improve software quality, performance, and maintainability
Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms
Experience in backend development with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/Spring JPA
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, multi-threading, and memory management
Familiarity with distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
Hands-on experience with React (and Ruby on Rails is a plus)
Ability to write optimized, testable, and reusable code

Good to Have

Experience in E-commerce or Payment domains
Background in high-end technology product development environments
