About the Role
The Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer will join an agile team responsible for a mission-critical logistics platform in the dairy sector. This ongoing project blends modern React/TypeScript front ends with legacy Java back ends and microservices. The ideal candidate thrives on technical challenges, enjoys mentoring peers, and takes ownership from design through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using React (v16–19) and Java/Spring Boot (v11–21).
- Build and maintain secure, performant APIs in Java.
- Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces with TypeScript and React.
- Manage end-to-end development tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Advocate for code quality by proposing improvements and conducting peer reviews.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Collaborate closely with QA, PM/BA, and client technical teams to align on requirements and specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in full-stack development with React and Java.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, JUnit, PostgreSQL or Oracle, and AWS.
- Strong TypeScript skills and familiarity with modern front-end practices.
- Experience with containerization and version control (Git).
- Comfort with CI/CD tooling; GitHub Actions is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to legacy system modernization.
- Hands-on with advanced AWS services (EC2, RDS, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven patterns.
