Until now, quality has been a shared responsibility across squads, but we’re ready to take it to the next level. We’re hiring our first QA Manager to build a world-class testing practice and embed quality at the heart of how we ship.
You’ll establish and lead our QA function from the ground up.
Your mission: Define our global testing strategies (general approach, standards, methodology, tools), build automation around Playwright, and hire and mentor a team of 5 QA Automation Engineers.
You’ll work closely with Technical leads, Developers, DevOps, and Product managers to ensure that every deployment meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
You will:

Design and implement a scalable QA strategy that aligns with our CI/CD pipeline

Introduce and standardize test automation practices (Playwright, API testing, performance & regression)

Be hands-on to build solid foundations : the QA team you’ll hire will then take more and more ownership over time

Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing QA Automation team

Define key quality metrics, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility

Collaborate with developers to bring automated testing into the development lifecycle to a different level

Champion quality culture across the engineering organization

Work closely with CTO and VP of Engineering

5+ years in QA leadership roles within SaaS or product engineering environments
-
Proven experience structuring a QA function

Strong technical background in test automation frameworks (ideally Playwright)

Solid understanding of CI/CD practices

Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript-based stacks

Hands-on mindset

Excellent communication skills in both French and English
