About the Role

This hybrid Full Stack Developer position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on designing and supporting full-stack solutions using Java and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving production issues and experience with modern web frameworks. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives and shape the future of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in resolving production issues across various systems and environments.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS, and Material UI.

• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and data protection standards.

• Interpret technical specifications and business requirements to deliver effective solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers.

• Adhere to secure development practices and operational compliance protocols.

• Support continuous integration and deployment processes in a cloud environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and developing responsive web UIs.

• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services and distributed cloud systems.

• Familiarity with Spring Framework, Node.js, Axios, Next.js, and Material UI.

• Working knowledge of security compliance and secure development standards.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
