About the Role
This hybrid Full Stack Developer position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on designing and supporting full-stack solutions using Java and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving production issues and experience with modern web frameworks. Responsibilities

Lead and participate in resolving production issues across various systems and environments.

Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS, and Material UI.

Ensure systems meet performance, security, and data protection standards.

Interpret technical specifications and business requirements to deliver effective solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers.

Adhere to secure development practices and operational compliance protocols.

Support continuous integration and deployment processes in a cloud environment.
Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and developing responsive web UIs.

Understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
