Job Description:


This is a Lead Full Stack Developer role supporting End-to-End Fresh. The End-to-End Fresh team delivers technology solutions that improve the freshness of fresh foods from farm to customer, supporting produce today and potentially expanding into other fresh categories over time.

Top Must Have Skills

  • Java + Spring Boot backend leadership: Design, build, and evolve resilient REST APIs and services in production.
  • React front-end leadership: Build and maintain a high-quality, maintainable React web application codebase.
  • Tech lead quality multiplier: Drive engineering standards via CI/CD and mentor developers through reviews and coaching.


Tech Stack:

  • React, TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Java, Spring Boot (REST APIs)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • SQL, NoSQL


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years software development experience, including Java
  • 4+ years of experience working as Lead
  • 7+ years RESTful API development experience
  • 5+ years designing, building, and supporting production APIs
  • 5+ years React web application development experience
  • Strong Spring ecosystem experience, including Spring Boot, REST, persistence, integrations, and security fundamentals
  • Strong SQL experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores
  • 4+ years CI/CD and automated testing experience
  • Git and Git-based workflow experience
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure
  • Docker or container technology experience
  • Strong communication and Agile collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent Azure architecture, deployment, monitoring, or operability experience
  • Experience modernizing or improving production application reliability
  • Network and security architecture knowledge
  • Tech lead experience across UI and services
