About the Role

Ecera System is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with 10+ years of software development expertise. This position offers H-1B visa transfer support for qualified candidates currently in the U.S. The successful candidate will work on long-term projects, leveraging deep technical knowledge to drive innovative solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Lead development efforts on complex software systems and solutions using languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript (React/Node).
Design and develop scalable software architectures with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Utilize Agile methodologies to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Apply modern DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and performance of applications.
Support H-1B visa transfer process and manage documentation.

Required Skills

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Expertise in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript (React/Node), or full-stack development.
Solid understanding of scalable systems and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
Proficient in version control systems like Git.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Must be currently on an H-1B visa in the U.S. and open to H-1B transfer.
