We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, Cloud, and DevOps to lead enterprise application development and mentor engineering teams.
✅ 10+ years of Full Stack Development
✅ 5+ years in Java Microservices
✅ 3+ years in ReactJS/Angular
✅ AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
✅ Kafka, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
✅ Experience leading development teams
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Guide teams on application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Secure Coding Practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Nice to Have: GenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, DDD, Event-Driven Architecture, Telecom Domain.
